Delivery Times

We aim to process and ship all orders within 1-2 business days. Delivery times vary by location:

• Nairobi: 1-2 business days
• Other Major Cities: 2-4 business days
• Remote Areas: 3-7 business days

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order. Free shipping is available for orders over KES 3,000.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order using our tracking system or the courier's website.

Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. To be eligible for a return:

• Item must be unused and in its original condition
• Original tags and packaging must be intact
• Proof of purchase is required

How to Return an Item

1. Contact our customer service team to initiate a return
2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
3. Include all original tags and accessories
4. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping service

Exchanges

We currently don't offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you'd like to receive.
